SuccessFactors Inc  has automated some of its business processes with NetSuite OneWorld, the supplier of cloud computing business software suites said on Tuesday.

According to the company, SuccessFactors is integrating its multinational sales operations with NetSuite at a cost which is one-third less than on-premise solutions. In addition, the company saves approximately USD250,000 annually on IT staff expenditures compared to typical on-premise alternatives. No other financial details were disclosed.

The company uses NetSuite OneWorld for ERP, general ledger, revenue recognition, foreign subsidiary consolidation, expenditures and approvals, as well as providing data for reporting and analysis.

SuccessFactors is a provider of on-demand employee performance and talent management solutions.
